It's a florist to florist communications customer service network that will transfer your wire orders directly from the sending florist's MAS system to the receiving florist system utilizing the internet plus much, much more.

• Sending florist receives positive confirmation that order has been received at the filling florist system.
• When an order is assigned to a designer an automatic message is sent back automatically to the sending florist system and attached to the note pad of the order alerting them that the order is in the processing of being filled...
• When an order is filled, the date and time and designer number & name is sent back automatically to the sending florist system and attached to the note pad of the order.
• When an order is assigned to a driver an automatic message is sent back to the sending florist alerting them that the order is in the processing of going out on delivery.
• When the driver makes the delivery the MAS system automatically sends the date and time order was deliver to the sending florist system and the notes are attached to the order.
• The MAS system will automatically send a delivery confirmation to sending florist customer alerting them that the delivery was made automatically.
• So you always know up to the minute status of any outgoing wire order as completed by the filling florist.
• Don't have to send messages or put the customer on hold to know the status of an order it's already attached to the order allowing efficient customer service.
• No loss of rebates -- the orders will be reported to the respective Wire Services.

• When no wire service florist available it will list closest florist for delivery
